# GateRoam > Connect Claude and ChatGPT to your agency's own Amadeus or Travelport+ (Galileo) contract, and RateHawk or GoGlobal for hotels. Search, price and send branded offers. GateRoam is a free gateway between travel agencies' AI assistants and travel supplier APIs: Amadeus and Travelport+ (Galileo) for flights, RateHawk and GoGlobal for hotels. The agency brings its own contract (Amadeus Enterprise / Quick Connect, Travelport TripServices access for Travelport+, RateHawk ETG API keys, GoGlobal XML API access), chooses which operations its AI assistant may use (search, price, offer, hold, book a hotel), and turns flight and hotel results into branded client offers (web page, copy text, PDF) where the flights and the hotel each have their own price. An agency with both flight systems gets one search across the two: one list, each option marked Amadeus or Travelport, the same flights shown once at the lower price; the same for both hotel suppliers. A return or multi-city search is also checked as separate tickets, in case they come out cheaper than one. GateRoam does not sell travel content, takes no margin and never issues tickets; a hotel is booked on the agency's own supplier account, from the app or from the chat after the agent's yes. Custom connectors for other suppliers or an agency's own systems are built on request. Connectors for more hotel suppliers (Hotelbeds, WebBeds, TBO, Expedia) are in development and not available yet. GateRoam also includes an Amadeus guide: step-by-step cards, written from the Amadeus manuals, that the AI assistant searches for onboarding and support (no Amadeus API keys needed), and a Travelport+ (Galileo) guide written the same way from Travelport's public format guide (no Travelport keys needed); guides for other providers will follow. Every member of an agency connects their own AI assistant, and the agency's admins decide which tools each member gets. It is free during early access: no card needed. The same team also builds custom MCP servers and AI integrations on request. GateRoam is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Amadeus IT Group. It is not official Amadeus documentation and has not been reviewed or approved by Amadeus. It can contain mistakes: try every entry in the Amadeus training office first, or check Amadeus's own help, before you use it on a live booking. - [Amadeus commands: list and printable cheat sheet](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/commands): every cryptic entry of GateRoam's Amadeus guide with what it does and the forms it is typed in, by task (PNR, availability, fares and pricing, TST, ticketing, after-sales, EMD, queues). The everyday entries as a free 2-page PDF: https://gateroam.com/amadeus-commands.pdf - [How do I void a ticket in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/void-ticket): Retrieve the PNR, check with TWD that every coupon is still open, then enter TRDC (TRDC/L6 for the ticket on line 6). A void works only on the day of issue; from the next day it is a refund. - [Void, refund or reissue in Amadeus: which one?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/void-refund-or-reissue): Issued today: void it (TRDC). Issued earlier and unused: refund it (TRF). Same fare, only the flight or date changes: revalidate (TTP/ETRV). A new fare or a fare difference: reissue (FXQ, then TTP). - [How do I refund a ticket in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/refund-ticket): For an unused ticket issued before today, enter TRF/L6/FULL (the ticket on line 6), with /CP100.00A added when the fare rules charge a penalty. TWD then shows the coupons as R. A ticket issued today is voided instead. - [How do I reissue (exchange) a ticket in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/reissue-ticket): Book the new flights, see the fare difference and penalty with FXF, store the exchange with FXQ, then issue with TTP. Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC) works out both; where an airline doesn't use ATC, the exchange is done by hand. - [How do I create a PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/create-pnr): Show availability (AN), sell seats (SS), then add the names (NM), a phone and e-mail (AP), a ticketing time limit (TKTL) and who asked (RF), and end the transaction with ER. The record locator appears once it is saved. - [How do I split a PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/split-pnr): Retrieve the PNR, enter SP and the passenger number (SP2), add RF and file the new record with EF, then add RF and ER on the original. Both records must be saved, and you split before you change anything. - [How do I cancel a flight or a booking in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/cancel-flight-or-booking): XE4 cancels element 4 (a flight is cancelled with the airline), XI cancels the whole itinerary, and RF plus ER saves it. Cancelling a flight does not void or refund its ticket — that is a separate step. - [How do I enter adult, child and infant names in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/passenger-names): The Amadeus name format is surname, first name, title: NM1SMITH/JOHN MR. A child adds its date of birth, (CHD/01JAN20); a lap infant goes after its adult, (INF/MICHAEL/18MAY25). Names must match the passport. - [How do I read an Amadeus availability display (AN)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/read-availability): AN20OCTLJUFRA shows flights from Ljubljana to Frankfurt on 20 October. Each line lists the booking classes and their seats: 9 means nine or more, 0 closed. A class with seats is not yet a price — pricing comes after selling. - [How do I price a PNR and store the fare in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/price-pnr-fxp): With the names and confirmed flights in the PNR, enter FXP: Amadeus prices the booked classes and creates a TST, the stored fare a ticket is issued from. Check it with TQT and save with RF and ER. - [How do I rebook to the lowest fare in Amadeus (FXB)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/lowest-fare-fxb): FXB finds the lowest available fare on the same flights, rebooks the classes and stores it in a TST; FXR shows it without storing. FXB/K keeps the cabin, so nobody is moved to a lower one. - [How do I read fare rules in Amadeus (FQN)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/fare-rules-fqn): FQN3 shows the rules of the fare on line 3, FQN3*PE only the penalties (change and refund costs), and FQN1*L lists the categories that apply. Rules are written per fare component, so a return can have two sets. - [How do I issue a ticket in Amadeus (TTP)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/issue-ticket-ttp): After pricing (FXP), enter RF and TTP: Amadeus issues an e-ticket for each stored fare and adds an FA line with its 13-digit number. TTP/TKT checks without issuing; TTP/ITR-EMLA also e-mails the receipt. - [How do ticketing time limits work in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/ticketing-time-limit): Your TKTL date only puts the PNR on your office's ticketing queue. The airline's deadline — in the TST (TQT) or the airline's messages (RTG) — is the one that cancels the seats, so set TKTL before the earlier of the two. - [How do I work a queue in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/work-a-queue): QS8 starts queue 8 and shows the first PNR. Act on it, then ET saves it and shows the next, QN removes it unchanged, QD delays it, and QI leaves queue mode. - [How do I encode and decode codes in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/encode-decode): DAN FRANKFURT finds the code of a city or airport, DAC CHI decodes one, and DAN PARIS/S lists a city's airports. DNA decodes airlines (DNA 057 is Air France's ticket prefix), DNE aircraft and DC countries. - [How do I retrieve a PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/retrieve-pnr): RT Q6RBB3 opens a PNR by its record locator. Without one: RT/SMITH by name, RT/12AUG-SMITH by date and name, RT KL153/12AUG-SMITH by flight, or RT TKT/ with the ticket number. RL shows the airline's own locator. - [How do I change a passenger name in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/change-name): RTN lists the names; NU1/1SMITH/JOHN MR replaces name 1, and RF plus ER save it. Before ticketing that is all. After ticketing the airline's rules decide, and the ticket keeps the old name until it is reissued. - [How do I add passport details (SSR DOCS) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/passport-docs): SR DOCS BA HK1-P-SVN-PA1234567-SVN-12MAR85-F-09SEP31-NOVAK-ANA/P1 adds a passport: type, issuing country, number, nationality, birth date, gender, expiry, then the name as in the passport. RTG shows it. - [How do I add a meal or other SSR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/ssr-meal-requests): SR VGML/P2 asks the airline for a vegan meal for passenger 2; other meal codes include VLML, KSML, MOML, GFML, CHML and BBML. RTG shows the airline's answer: HK or KK confirmed, UN or NO refused. - [What do Amadeus segment status codes mean?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/segment-status-codes): HK is confirmed, HL waitlisted, HN requested. KK or KL is the airline confirming: accept it with ERK. UC, UN, NO and US mean not booked, TK a schedule change, HX cancelled by the airline. Never ticket a segment that isn't HK. - [How do I display fares on a route in Amadeus (FQD)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/fare-display-fqd): FQDLJUPAR/21JUN/AAF lists Air France's fares from Ljubljana to Paris for travel on 21 June. FQN3 shows the rules of line 3 and FQS3 its booking classes. A fare display is not the price: pricing the PNR (FXP) is. - [What is a TST in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/what-is-tst): A TST (Transitional Stored Ticket) is the stored fare a ticket is issued from: fare basis, fare, taxes, validating carrier. Pricing (FXP) creates it, TQT shows it and TTP issues from it. After any change, price again. - [How do I display an e-ticket in Amadeus (TWD)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/display-eticket-twd): TWD shows the e-ticket of the open PNR; TWD/L10 picks the ticket on line 10, and TWD/TKT125-1234567890 finds one by number without a PNR. Each coupon has a status letter: check it before a void, refund or change. - [How do I revalidate a ticket in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/revalidate-ticket): Same fare, only the flight or date changes: rebook in the same class, then TTP/ETRV/L10/S3/E2 puts PNR segment 3 on coupon 2 of the ticket on line 10. TWD then shows the same ticket number with the new flight. - [What is an EMD in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/what-is-emd): An EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) records what a client pays the airline besides the flight. An EMD-A is tied to a ticket coupon (paid seat, extra bag); an EMD-S stands alone (change fee, deposit). - [How do I display a seat map in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/seat-map): SM 4 shows the seat map of segment 4 in the PNR; SM LH330/Y/FRAJFK shows one without a booking. On the map . is free, + occupied, Y chargeable and E an exit row. Seat prices need a passenger name in the PNR. - [Cryptic or graphic in Amadeus: what is the difference?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/cryptic-vs-graphic): Cryptic is the command page where you type entries (AN, NM, FXP, TTP); graphic is the booking file with sections and buttons. Both change the same record. Switch with the Command page and Booking file icons. - [How do I calculate dates and times in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/date-time-calculator): DD19JUL26 gives the weekday, DD12APR/21 the date 21 days later, DD3MAR/15APR the days between, DDPAR1800/NYC a time in another city. DF adds or multiplies, and DKKM80 converts kilometres to miles. - [How do I find help pages in Amadeus (HE and GG)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/help-pages): HE plus a transaction code (HE NM) shows its help, HE/ explains the last entry you made, and GG AIR LH opens an airline's own information pages. GD is your office briefing; RE recalls your last entry. - [How do I find my office ID in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/office-id): JD shows your terminal ID, office ID and work areas, JV the terminal's line address, JGD your agent profile. An office ID has nine characters (NCEAF0100): city, corporate code, type (2 or 3 is an agency) and number. - [Is an Amadeus booking file the same as a PNR?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/pnr-vs-booking-file): Yes. The graphic booking file is the cryptic PNR: the same elements (names, flights, contacts, remarks), up to 999 of them. ER or Save (ER) saves it; IG ignores a new record and IR undoes changes since the last save. - [How do I scroll a display and recall entries in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/scroll-and-recall): MD moves down a page, MU up, MT to the top and MB to the bottom of the last display. RE puts your last entry back on the command line to fix and send again; RE2 recalls the one before it. - [How do I sign in and out of Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/sign-in): JI 2345XY/GS signs in to the first free work area with your sign and duty code. JD shows where you are, JMB moves to work area B, JO signs out and JO* signs out of all. JGU changes your preferences. - [How do I practise in the Amadeus training environment?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/training-environment): Sign in with your training sign (JI 2345XY/GS): every cryptic entry works, but no seat is taken and no ticket is billed. Check the office ID with JD before any ER or TTP — live and training look the same. - [How do I use work areas and remote offices in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/work-areas-remote-office): JXB signs you in to a second work area and JMB moves to it, so two PNRs stay open. JUM or JUI takes you into a remote office that gave your sign access, JUO signs out, and JUR signs a forgotten terminal out remotely. - [How do I create or delete an agent sign in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/local-security-agent-signs): The office's local security administrator creates a sign with JGA (JGA4567AB/DUTA-GS), copies a profile with JGC, changes rights with JGU and deletes a sign with JGX. JCD shows the office's sign bank, JGH a sign's history. - [What must an Amadeus PNR contain?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/pnr-elements): Five elements make a PNR you can save: names (NM), flights (SS), a contact (AP or APE), a ticketing arrangement (TK) and who asked (RF). Then ER saves it and the six-character record locator appears. - [How do I add a hotel, car or memo segment in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/hotel-car-memo-segments): HU 1A HK1 adds a hotel booked elsewhere, CU 1A HK1 a car, TU a tour and RU 1A HK1 a memo such as a transfer, each on its date in the itinerary. They book and price nothing; RTX shows them and XE4 cancels one. - [How do I change an element of an Amadeus PNR?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/change-pnr-element): Type the line number, a slash and the new value: 5/NEW TEXT replaces element 5, 5/P2,3 ties it to passengers 2 and 3, 8/10JUL moves the TK date. RS 2,5-8 reorders segments. A flight change is SB, not 4/. - [How do I add phone and email contacts in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/contact-elements): AP adds your agency contact, APM-386 41 123456 a passenger mobile and APE-NAME@EXAMPLE.SI an email, where receipts go. APN-M+38641123456/P1 lets an Altéa airline notify the passenger of changes directly. - [How do I copy a PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/copy-pnr): With the PNR open, RRN copies all of it, RRN/DP7 seven days later, RRI only the itinerary and RRP only the passengers. Complete what is missing and save. The copy sells the flights again; tickets and fares are not copied. - [How do I save or ignore a PNR in Amadeus (ER, ET, IG)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/end-or-ignore-pnr): ER saves and redisplays the PNR, ET saves without it, ERK also accepts the airline's KK and KL segments. IG throws away everything since the last save; IR does the same and shows the saved version again. - [How do I add FK, keyword and accounting elements in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/accounting-elements): FK plus an office ID sends the interface record to that office's back office, SK sends a keyword to an airline, and AIAN, AICC and AICR add a client's account number, cost centre and reference. RTS shows keywords. - [How do I add a FOID (SSR FOID) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/foid): SR FOID BA HK1-DL12345678/P1 adds the passenger's form of identification, here a licence number; CC-L3 takes the card in the FP element instead. Which ID types an airline accepts is in its GG AIR pages. - [How do I add a frequent flyer number in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/frequent-flyer-number): FFN LH-992001234567890/P1 adds the airline's loyalty number (SSR FQTV) for passenger 1. VFFD LH shows which partner cards Lufthansa accepts, and FFD checks the name on the card. It does not change the fare. - [How do I make a group booking in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/group-booking): NG 25 RIVIERA TOURS creates the group name, a sell with status SG (SS BA343 L 11JUN NCELHR SG20) goes to the airline's group desk, and NM adds names as they come. RTW shows the group; NT sends the names. - [How do I see the history of a PNR in Amadeus (RH)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/pnr-history): RH shows every change in numbered steps, each with the office, agent sign, time and RF. RH/ALL adds queue movements, RH A only air segments, RH S3 one segment, and RL H when the airline sent its locator. - [How do I list PNRs by flight or office in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/list-pnrs): LP/JU210/18AUG lists your office's PNRs on a flight and LP4 opens line 4. LPO/ALL lists every PNR your office owns, LPO/Y(TL24MAY) the unticketed ones with a time limit on 24 May, LPO/T(FA) the ticketed ones. - [How do I add a billing or mailing address in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/billing-address): AB NAME, ADDRESS, CITY adds a billing address and AM a mailing address; /P2 ties it to one passenger. They print on Amadeus invoices and documents. RTJ shows them; 6/NEW TEXT corrects the one on line 6. - [How do I add several PNR elements in one Amadeus entry?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/multi-element-entry): Separate them with a semicolon: NM 1NOVAK/ANA MRS;AP LJU 041555123;TK OK;RF NOVAK adds name, phone, ticketing and RF at once. Leave ER off the end, check the PNR, then save. - [What is the difference between OSI and SSR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/osi-vs-ssr): An OSI (OS QF VIP COMPANY CEO/P2) only informs the airline and gets no answer. An SSR (SR VGML) asks for a service the airline must confirm with a status: HK confirmed, NN requested, UN refused. RTG shows both. - [How do I display only part of a PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/partial-pnr-display): RTA shows the flights, RTN the names, RTG the SSRs and OSIs, RTF the fare elements, RTTN the ticket numbers and RTR the remarks. Combine them as RTN,A,G. Element numbers stay the same as in the full PNR. - [How do I add passive, ghost or ARNK segments in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/passive-ghost-segments): SS1G2/PK/ABC123 adds a passive segment for a flight booked elsewhere, /GK a ghost that is never sent to the airline, SIARNK a surface gap between flights and SO an open segment. A passive segment holds no seat. - [How do I reconfirm or cancel an outside booking in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/reconfirm-outside-segments): 3/RR reconfirms segment 3. For a flight booked outside Amadeus, a long sell with status RR reconfirms it and IX asks the airline to cancel it; NN with your own times requests a seat on an airline that is not in Amadeus. - [How do I add an MCO or excess baggage element in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/mco-xsb-elements): IMCM adds an MCO element (IMCM/LHFRA12MAR/EUR50/P1) and IMCX an excess-baggage element, each creating a TSM. A letter after IMCM adds a reason-for-issuance code; XE deletes the element and its TSM. Many airlines want an EMD instead. - [How do I email an itinerary from Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/email-itinerary): IEP-EMLA emails the itinerary to the address in the APE element; IEP-EML-NAME@EXAMPLE.SI sends it elsewhere, IBD shows a text version on screen and WRA/RT prints the PNR. An itinerary is not a ticket. - [How do I retrieve a purged PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/purged-pnr): For travel that ended more than four days ago, RPD/RLC-A1B2C3/03JUL25*T requests the past-date record by locator (free, delivered later) and RLD shows your requests. RPP by ticket number is instant but chargeable. - [How do I rebook a flight in Amadeus (SB)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/rebook-flight-sb): SB Y 6 moves segment 6 to class Y, SB 12APR 7 moves segment 7 to 12 April, SB BA194*3 puts segment 3 on BA194. The PNR history shows it next to each change, so write the person who asked, not just "agent". - [How do I add remarks to a PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/pnr-remarks): RM CLIENT WANTS AISLE SEATS adds a general remark everyone in your office sees, RC a confidential one only your office reads, RX a corporate one. None goes to the airline. RTR lists remarks; 5/NEW TEXT changes one. - [How do I share or transfer a PNR to another Amadeus office?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/share-pnr-office): ES/GPARWL2123-R gives that office read access and -B read and write; ESX removes it and RTE shows who has access. Never sell a connection flight by flight. - [What are married segments in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/married-segments): An airline can marry the flights of a connection so they are sold, priced and ticketed as one. --- MSC --- in the PNR header shows it and RTAM shows which segments belong together. Change or price the whole connection. - [How do I sell from negotiated space in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/negotiated-space): If your office has a seat block agreed with an airline, AT30JUNFRALAX shows the negotiated space and AN shows it next to normal seats. When the airline clears it the status turns KL, and ERK accepts it as HK. Never ticket a waitlisted segment, and keep a confirmed alternative. - [How do I sell extra bags, seats or meals in Amadeus (FXK)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/ancillary-services-fxk): FXK shows the airline's catalogue of paid services with prices (FXK/G-BG only bags), FWK books and prices one, FXH quotes it and FXG stores the price as a TSM. Then TTM issues the EMD; a service is guaranteed only once paid. - [How do I price negotiated or corporate fares in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/negotiated-corporate-fares): FXP/R,U prices with Unifares only, FXP/R,UP with Unifares and public fares (the cheapest wins), FXP/R,U123001 with one corporate contract and FXP/R,NEGO with negotiated fares. YQ and YR are airline surcharges, not taxes. - [How do I filter fares by conditions in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/fare-type-codes): Add /R,* with a code: FXB/R,*NPE finds the cheapest fare without a penalty, FXP/R,*NR an unrestricted one; NAP means no advance purchase, RF refundable. /R,- picks a fare type: FQDLONPAR/R,-APX shows APEX fares only. - [How do I add a fare discount element (FD) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/fare-discount-element): FD ZZ/P2 stores a youth discount for passenger 2, FD AD50/P1 an agent discount and FD IN02MAR25/P3 an infant with its date of birth, so the discount travels with the PNR. It does not price by itself: price with the matching option. - [How do I see and price fare families in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/fare-families): FQDFRAMNL/FF/A6X shows a route's fares by family, FQF2 what the family on line 2 includes, FXP/FF-BASIC prices the trip on that family and FXB/FF-BASIC rebooks to its cheapest fare. A family name is not a booking class. - [How do I filter an Amadeus fare display (FQD)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/fare-display-options): Add options to FQD: /ALH,KL for airlines, /IO for one-way fares and /IR for return, /S to sort lowest to highest, /D21JUL**14AUG for a date range, /KY for a cabin, /R,UP for negotiated and public fares. FQP ignores availability, so sell and price before you quote it as firm. - [How do I choose between fares in Amadeus (FXT)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/choose-fare-fxt): When FXP answers with a list, compare the lines with FQQ3 and FQN3, then FXT3 stores fare 3 in a TST for everyone, FXT4/P1 for passenger 1 only. The cheapest line is not always right: read the rules of the best two or three. - [How do I price a PNR without storing it in Amadeus (FXX)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/price-pnr-fxx): FXX prices the booked classes and stores nothing, so it is a safe quote; FQQ1 and FQN1 show the ticket image and rules of line 1. To issue a ticket you need a stored fare, so price with FXP or FXB instead. - [How do I price a fare on a past date in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/past-date-pricing): FXX/R,10MAY26 prices the itinerary as if it was issued on 10 May 2026, and FQD or FQP with /R and a date show the fares filed then, up to two years back. The result is information only, typically for exchanges and refunds. - [How do I price an itinerary in the graphic Amadeus screen?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/itinerary-pricing-graphic): Open itinerary pricing in the booking file, pick passengers and segments, choose a mode (Price - No TST is FXX, Price - With TST is FXP, Book Lowest Fare is FXB) and click Price. Then Confirm and create TST. - [How do I check for lower fares in Amadeus (FXA)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/lower-fare-check): FXA lists cheaper available fares on the booked flights without rebooking anything; FXL shows the lowest possible fare and whether it has seats. FXS2 opens group 2, and FXU1 books recommendation 1 with a TST. - [How do I see mini rules in Amadeus (FWR)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/mini-rules): FWR shows the change, refund and no-show conditions of the current pricing as a short table; FWR/T for the stored fares, FWR/TKT123-1234567890 for an issued ticket. If your office has no mini rules, read FQN with *PE. - [What are OB fees in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/ob-fees): OB fees are airline charges for issuing a ticket or for the form of payment, added at pricing. FXP/R,FC301234*200 prices with the card's first digits so the right card fee applies; TTX recalculates them after the payment changes. - [How do I save and send fare offers in Amadeus (OFS)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/amadeus-offers): OFS/A saves the current pricing as an offer in the PNR, RTOF lists the offers, OFN emails them to the address in APE, OFV1 checks offer 1 is still valid and OFK1 books it. An offer holds no seat and no price. - [How do I price children, infants and youth in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/child-infant-fares): FXP prices each passenger by the type in the name: (CHD/01JAN20) a child, (INF/…) a lap infant, (YTH) youth. FXP/P2/RCH forces a child fare, FXP/INF prices only infants. A child's age counts on the day of travel. - [Why does a routing price higher in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/routing-mileage): A fare is valid only on the routing the airline allows: listed cities, or a mileage limit (MPM) with 5% surcharge steps above it. FQMZRHLONFRASYD shows the mileage of a routing, FQOFRASYD the allowance, FQR2 a fare's routing. - [How do I price part of a trip or force a fare in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/pricing-options): FXP/S4-6 prices segments 4 to 6, FXP/B4 breaks the fare at segment 4's destination, FXP/R,FC-USD sets the currency and FXP/L-Y2 forces a fare basis. Forced fares are not guaranteed: use them only on the airline's written instruction. - [How do I display or exempt taxes in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/taxes): FQK3 breaks down the taxes of fare line 3, FWT shows them after pricing and FQNTAX/US explains a country's taxes. FXP/R,ET-FR exempts French taxes, only with a legal reason. YQ and YR are airline surcharges, not taxes. - [How do I check excess baggage charges in Amadeus (FQX)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/excess-baggage-charges-fqx): FQXLJUFRA/10 shows today's charge for 10 kg of excess baggage on a route; add an airline or a date. FQZPFC shows US passenger facility charges per airport. Many airlines price extra bags per piece through FXK instead. - [How do I upsell to a better fare in Amadeus (FXY)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/upsell-fxy): FXY lists the better fares for the booked itinerary with their prices: a bag, a seat, a flexible ticket. FXU4 rebooks to line 4 and creates a TST, FXZ1 rebooks without one. Check availability and married segments first. - [How do I make a TST confidential in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/confidential-tst): TTD makes every TST of the PNR confidential, so another office that shares the booking cannot see your fare details; TTD/T1 does it for TST 1 only and TTD/X removes the flag. TQT shows the confidential indicator. - [How do I delete a TST in Amadeus (TTE)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/delete-tst): TQT shows the TSTs and their numbers; TTE deletes the only one, TTE/T1 TST 1 and TTE/ALL every TST. Then FXP prices again and RF plus ER save. Never delete the TST of an issued ticket to fix a price: that needs a reissue. - [How do I display a TST and its history in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/display-tst): TQT lists the TSTs, TQT/T1 opens TST 1 and TQT/P1 the one for passenger 1. TTH shows who priced or changed it, and when. - [How do I change fields in a TST in Amadeus (TTK)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/tst-inserts-ttk): TTK fills TST fields by hand: TTK/A23K the baggage, TTK/BY2 the fare basis, TTK/FEUR100.00 the base fare, TTK/CBUILD the fare calculation, TTK/EXCH exchange mode. Only for manual TSTs and exchanges; the data is your agency's risk. - [How do I build a TST by hand in Amadeus (TTC)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/manual-tst): With the airline's fare in writing, TTC creates a blank TST, TTK fills fare basis, validity, baggage, fare, taxes and the fare calculation, then FV, FP and FE are added and TTP/RT issues. TTC overwrites an existing TST. - [How do I modify a TST in the graphic Amadeus screen?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/modify-tst-graphic): In the booking file open Stored fares (TST & TSM), select the TST and click View/Modify. There you change commission, form of payment, passengers, segments, taxes or fees, split it or set it for a manual reissue, then Update and Save. - [How do I split or add passengers to a TST in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/split-tst): TTS/P2 splits passenger 2 from the only TST, so they can be ticketed apart; TTS/P3,5/T3 splits two from TST 3. TTA/P2 adds passenger 2 to a TST with the same fare. Splitting a TST does not split the PNR. - [How do I update a TST after a PNR change in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/tst-change-flag): If the change touched the fare (flight, date, class, passenger type), price again with FXP. If not, TTU/T1/S2,3 relinks TST 1 to segments 2 and 3, and TTF removes the change flag. Clearing it on a changed fare costs a debit memo. - [How do I link an existing e-ticket to a PNR in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/link-eticket-to-pnr): Check the ticket with TWD/TKT057-1234567890, then FHE057-1234567890//TEXT/S2-3/P1 records it in the PNR for passenger 1 and segments 2-3. RTTN shows it as an FH line. The link changes nothing on the ticket itself. - [What should I check before issuing a ticket in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/ticketing-checklist): Names as in the passport (RTN), every flight HK (RTA), a current TST per passenger type (TQT), the fare rules the client accepted, FV, FP and FM, DOCS and FOID where needed, an email for the receipt. TTP/TKT checks without issuing. - [How do I add commission (FM) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/commission-fm): FM0 adds zero commission, the usual case; FM9 is 9 percent and FM20.00A a fixed amount of 20. Most markets need an FM element on every ticket. The commission is reported to BSP, so use only what your agency's airline agreement says. - [What do Amadeus e-ticket coupon statuses mean?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/coupon-status-codes): In TWD, O is open, A airport control, C checked in, L lifted, F flown, E exchanged, R refunded, V void and S suspended. Only open coupons can be voided, refunded or exchanged by the agency. TWH shows how they changed. - [How do I get a card approval before issuing in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/credit-card-approval): DEFP gets an approval code for the card in the PNR before TTP, DEFM before an EMD. DECC checks a card without a PNR. A declined card means no ticket: never switch to your agency's cash payment without approval. - [How do I add an endorsement (FE) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/endorsements-fe): Pricing usually puts the endorsement in the TST; TQT shows it. When the rules need one that is missing, FENON REFUNDABLE adds it for everyone and FE VALID LH ONLY/P1 for passenger 1. Never remove one pricing added. - [How do I see the history of an e-ticket in Amadeus (TWH)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/eticket-history): Open the ticket with TWD (or TWD/TKT and the number), then TWH lists every status change with its date and origin. Changes to the booking itself are in the PNR history (RH). - [How do I add a form of payment (FP) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/form-of-payment): FPCASH means your agency pays the airline through BSP; FPCCCA plus the card number and expiry charges the client's card. FPCASH+CC… splits the payment and /P1 ties it to one passenger. TTX recalculates card fees after a change. - [How do I issue IT or BT tour tickets in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/it-bt-tickets): Find a published fare basis, price with FXP/L-Y2/R,CL-MIT (or CL-MBT), fill the IT fare and the ticket fields per TST with TTK, add FM, FP, FE and the IT tour code in FT, then TTP/RT. Keep the airline's written fare: a manual fare is your agency's liability. - [How do I record a ticket number issued elsewhere in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/ticket-number-fh): FHE057-1234567890//TEXT/S2-3/P3 records an e-ticket number issued elsewhere, FHD an EMD number; RTTN lists them. FS and FZ add free text to the ticket's miscellaneous box. An FH line issues and bills nothing. - [How do I issue a net remit ticket in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/net-remit-tickets): Price with the published fare basis (FXP/L-Y2), add the net fare with TTK/NF-350.00, the tour code (FTNR), the net remit form of payment and FM, then TTP/RT. Everything must match the airline's net fare agreement. - [What is the Sales section of an Amadeus booking file?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/sales-and-invoices): Offices that use the Total Travel Record see sales items (air, EMDs, hotels, cars) with states such as ACT or CAN, and can issue Amadeus invoices (INV). Most agencies keep invoices in their own system; INVD only displays one. - [How do I see the daily sales report in Amadeus (TJQ)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/sales-report-tjq): TJQ lists today's documents with sequence numbers and sale types (TKTT ticket, EMDA and EMDS, CANX voided the same day), TJQ/V only voids, TJQ/D-12MAY15MAY a date range and TJT one sale in detail. TRDR reinstates a cancelled sale where the market allows, never for e-tickets. - [How do I find unused e-tickets in Amadeus (UTR)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/unused-eticket-report): UTR lists your office's unused e-tickets, by name (UTR/N-), locator, airline, ticket number or last travel date, in the markets that have it. Unused is not the same as refundable: check the fare rules before promising a refund. - [How do I pay with a virtual card in Amadeus (VCN)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/virtual-card-vcn): Where it is switched on, VCN/NEW/EUR250 creates a virtual card, VCN/LIST lists them and FPVCN puts the card in the PNR as form of payment. With the MEP element on, FPMEP7 builds the FP line from the card stored on line 7. - [How do I check printers and the print queue in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/printers-print-queue): TTQLIST lists your printers, PQD/A1 shows what waits in print queue A1 and PQO, PQR, PQN, PQT or PQX open, rearrange, push, move or delete jobs. BA sends the records of a date, BR resends one by date or sequence number, BV voids one and BO restores it. Check the back office first so nothing is booked twice. - [How do I issue a travel agent service fee (TASF) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/agent-service-fee): In BSP markets, Stored fares (TST & TSM) → Create TASF adds the fee with a reason and taxes; Issue sends it alone or with tickets and EMDs, and Void cancels it. If your agency invoices fees in its own system, ask before you issue one. - [How do I issue a ticket without a PNR in Amadeus (TY)?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/temporary-ticketing): TY opens temporary ticketing mode: describe the flights booked with the airline (a long sell with status HK), add names, pricing and ticketing elements, then TTP/IG issues and leaves; IG aborts. Only for seats that really exist. - [How do I add a tour code (FT) in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/tour-code): FTIT5LH1TOUR08 adds a tour code in IT format, FT*LH1234 one in free format and FTNR BA1234 a net remit code; RTF shows it. Then RF and TTP issue the new ticket. - [How do I collect an airline change fee on an EMD in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/change-fee-on-emd): IU BA NN1 PENF LHR/16JUL books the fee as a service, TMC/VBA creates its pricing record, TMI adds the amount, the ticket it belongs to, the payment and an endorsement, then TTM/RT issues the EMD. Check the airline wants an EMD. - [How do I exchange a ticket when the TST is gone in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/exchange-deleted-tst): When every remaining segment changed, rebuild it: read the old fare in TWD and the historical TST (TTH/T1A), create a blank TST with TTC, copy the fare and taxes with TTK, set TTK/EXCH, add FP, FO and FV, then TTP/F/RT. - [How do I exchange a net remit ticket in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/exchange-net-remit): Keep one original segment so the TST stays, TTU/S2-3 updates it, TTK/EXCH sets exchange mode, TTK/TEUR50 adds the collection and TTK/NF-680 the new net fare, then the old and new net remit FP, the FO and TTP/F/RT. - [How do I do a manual exchange with a collection in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/manual-exchange-collection): Without ATC and before travel: TTE deletes the old TST, FXP prices the new trip, TTK/EXCH sets exchange mode, TTK/TEUR250 adds the collection, TTK/X marks old (O) and new taxes, then the FP, FO and TTP/RT. - [How do I do an even manual exchange in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/manual-exchange-even): When the new fare is the same or lower and nothing is collected: TTE deletes the old TST, FXB/K or FXP prices the new trip, TTK/EXCH sets exchange mode, TWD and FO*L14 link the old ticket, then RF and TTP/RT issue. - [How do I exchange tickets for mixed passengers in Amadeus?](https://gateroam.com/amadeus-guide/manual-exchange-passenger-types): Each passenger type has its own TST, so name it in every entry: TTK/EXCH/T1 one TST at a time, TTK/T1/TEUR250 its collection, FO*L14/P1 per passenger, TTP/T1/RT per TST.
