Early access, for testing
GateRoam is a spin-off project of Current Code. It is in early access, offered for testing purposes, and has no legal structure of its own yet. Use it at your own risk.

These terms apply to everyone who uses GateRoam: the website, the app at gateroam.com/app, the GateRoam MCP server and every connection an AI app makes to it (together, the Service). By creating an account, joining an agency or using the Service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you act for. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

GateRoam is a spin-off project built with Current Code. It has no legal structure of its own yet and is offered for testing purposes only. Until it has its own company, GateRoam is operated by Tine Dolenc, s.p., Slovenia ("we", "us"), who is the other party to these terms. Current Code helps build GateRoam but is not a party to these terms.

2. Business use only

The Service is for travel agencies and the people who work for them. It is not meant for consumers. You confirm that you use the Service for your business and that you may accept these terms for your agency. The person who creates an agency (the owner) accepts them for the agency; everyone the owner invites accepts them when they join.

3. Early access, for testing: use at your own risk

GateRoam is in early access. It is test-stage software, not a finished product. That means:

  • features can change, stop working or be removed at any time, without notice;
  • the Service can be slow, unavailable, suspended or shut down at any time, for any reason;
  • data in the Service can be lost or changed by mistake, so keep your own records of anything that matters;
  • we give no service levels, uptime promises or support commitments.

You use the Service at your own risk.

4. What GateRoam is, and what it is not

GateRoam connects your AI app (for example Claude or ChatGPT) to the travel supplier APIs your agency has a contract with, starting with Amadeus. It searches, prices and helps you prepare offers for your clients.

GateRoam does not book, hold, ticket or cancel anything. It is not a travel agent, tour operator or reseller. We are not a party to any contract between you and your clients, or between you and your suppliers, and we have no duties towards your clients.

5. Accounts, members and AI connections

  • Give correct details when you register and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password, personal access tokens and AI connections secret. Anything done with your account or your tokens counts as done by you.
  • The owner decides who joins the agency, their roles, and what the AI may do in the agency's settings, and is responsible for those choices.
  • Tell us straight away if you think your account, a token or your supplier keys have been misused.

6. Your supplier contracts and keys

To search and price, your agency adds its own supplier keys (for example an Amadeus API key). By adding them you confirm that:

  • the keys belong to your agency, or you have the right to use them;
  • your contract with the supplier lets you use them through third-party software such as GateRoam;
  • you follow your supplier's rules, including usage quotas, look-to-book ratios, display and caching rules, and any other limits in your contract.

Every call GateRoam makes with your keys is made for you and counts as your usage under your contract. Your supplier may limit, charge for or suspend your access according to that contract; that is between you and the supplier.

7. Fees and third-party charges

GateRoam is free during early access. We do not charge you anything to use it today.

Other costs are not ours and remain your responsibility, for example:

  • charges from your suppliers under your contract with them (per call, per transaction or booking, quotas, overage, penalties, minimum fees);
  • the cost of your AI app (for example a Claude or ChatGPT subscription or its usage);
  • your own internet, devices and other software.

We are not liable for any of these charges, or for a supplier limiting or suspending your account because of how the Service was used with your keys.

If GateRoam ever stops being free, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before any fee applies. Nothing will be charged unless you actively choose a paid plan. If you do not want to pay, you can stop using the Service.

8. AI output and flight data

  • AI apps make mistakes. They can misread a request, pick the wrong option, leave things out or present something incorrectly.
  • Prices, availability, fare rules, baggage allowances, schedules and other content come from your suppliers. They can be wrong and they change all the time, until a ticket is issued.
  • Searches and offers may show cached results, and offers made with test keys show test (sandbox) data, not real prices.

Check every price, fare and condition in your GDS or with the supplier before you quote, sell or book. Everything you send to your clients, including offers, links, PDFs and text, is your responsibility. We are not liable for wrong or outdated prices, price differences, missed or unavailable fares, or any claim from your clients.

9. AI apps and other third parties

Your AI app (Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI or any other MCP client) is a third-party service under its own terms and privacy policy. What you type into it, and what GateRoam returns to it, is handled by that provider. The same applies to your suppliers and to any other service you connect. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or what they do with your data.

10. Client offers and public links

An offer you create gets a public link. Anyone with the link can open the offer, without logging in. You decide what goes into an offer and who you send it to. You can withdraw an offer at any time; the link then stops showing it. GateRoam shows you when the link was opened and how often.

11. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • share, sell or rent access to the Service, or use it to offer a competing service;
  • use the Service to make supplier calls your contract does not allow, or to scrape or overload supplier systems;
  • try to get around limits, roles, switches or security measures, or access data of another agency;
  • reverse engineer, copy or attack the Service, or upload malicious code;
  • put content in offers that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.

We may set and change usage limits to protect the Service and suppliers.

12. Your data, our software, your feedback

  • Your data (agency details, offers, the content you write) stays yours. You give us the right to store and process it as needed to run the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain how.
  • Our software: we own the Service, its code, design and the GateRoam name. These terms give you a right to use it, nothing more.
  • Feedback: ideas and suggestions you send us can be used freely, without any obligation to you.

13. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, ITS RESULTS OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE CORRECT, COMPLETE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, clients, goodwill or data, however caused;
  • we are not liable for claims from your clients, your suppliers or other third parties, for supplier charges, or for the results of AI output or supplier content;
  • our total liability for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless against claims, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from: your use of the Service; your breach of these terms; your use of your supplier keys or breach of your supplier contracts; offers, quotes or anything else you send your clients; or content you put in the Service.

16. Suspension and ending

  • You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your agency or account, write to us.
  • We can suspend or close an account or agency at any time, with or without notice, especially for a breach of these terms, misuse, risk to the Service or to suppliers, or a request from a supplier or authority.
  • We can end the Service, or early access, at any time.
  • When an account or agency is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 7 to 15 and 18 keep applying after the end.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using the Service after a change applies, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service. Fees are covered by section 7: at least 30 days' notice and nothing charged without your choice.

18. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, without its conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith by email.

19. Other terms

  • These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer them, for example to a company that takes over GateRoam.
  • Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
