Price exactly, upsell cleanly
Price one option against the live Amadeus fare, then show branded fare families side by side so the client can pick flexibility.
Client offers in your branding
Pick 1–3 options and GateRoam builds a web page, copy-paste text for email or WhatsApp, and a PDF — with your logo and contact details. A re-price button shows whether the price still holds.
Owner controls
Decide who in your agency gets which tools: by role, or with your own access groups. Tools the AI isn't allowed to use are not even shown to it.
Human approval for money
Coming next: hold, book and issue. They will always return “pending approval”, and an owner or admin approves in the dashboard before any Amadeus call runs.
Audit and usage
Every AI call is logged with user, operation, duration and outcome, plus the Amadeus requests it made — so you know what happened and what it cost.
