Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Amadeus contract

GateRoam speaks MCP, the standard AI assistants use for tools. Each colleague signs in once, and their assistant can use the Amadeus guide straight away, and search and price on your agency's own contract.

How to connect

  1. Create your account and agency. Free, no card. Invite your colleagues; each of them connects their own assistant.
  2. Add GateRoam as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT with the server URL https://gateroam.com/mcp. No client ID needed: in Claude keep "Use Claude's published identity"; in ChatGPT choose OAuth and leave the client ID empty.
  3. Sign in with your GateRoam account and press Allow. Done — ask "How do I void a ticket issued today in Amadeus?" and the assistant answers from the Amadeus guide.
  4. Add your Amadeus keys for live flight search and pricing. GateRoam tests them and shows which APIs your contract allows.

What your AI can do on your Amadeus contract

Each one is an MCP tool. Your admins choose who gets which, and a tool your contract doesn't include is never offered.
  • Search flights
One-way, return and multi-city on your Amadeus contract, with flexible dates and nearby airports. The cheapest, fastest and best-value options come back already picked.
  • Confirm prices
The current Amadeus price for the options you shortlisted. Totals are calculated in code, never by the model.
  • Fare families
Branded fares side by side: baggage, changes and refunds.
  • Seats per booking class
How many seats are left in each booking class.
  • Booking entries
The Amadeus entries to build the booking by hand. The agent runs them; nothing in GateRoam books, tickets or pays.
  • Client offers
A branded web page, copy-paste text and a PDF from the options you pick. Change the client, valid-until date or fee from the chat.
  • Amadeus guide
Step-by-step answers to "how do I … in Amadeus", for onboarding and support. Works without Amadeus keys.

Who can connect, and the limits

  • Who can connect
Every member of your agency: agents, admins and owners. Nobody has to approve it.
  • No client ID needed
Claude and ChatGPT only need the server URL: each person signs in with their own GateRoam login. Other apps use a personal client ID. Every connected account shows as its own connection.
  • Teams and workspaces
On Claude Team or Enterprise, or a ChatGPT workspace, the owner adds GateRoam once with the server URL. Each colleague then connects and signs in as themselves.
  • What the AI can use
Your admins decide, by role or with their own access groups. It is checked again on every call, so a change applies at once.
  • It stays connected
A connected app stays connected until it is revoked. Signing out of GateRoam doesn't disconnect it.
  • Revoke any time
You can revoke your own connections and tokens. Admins can revoke anyone's. Someone who leaves the agency is disconnected at once.
