Can Claude search Galileo?

Yes, through GateRoam. Once an admin has connected your agency's Travelport access, Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot search and price Travelport+ (Galileo) flights with your own public and private fares. The search page in the GateRoam app does the same.

Do we need our own Travelport contract?

Yes. GateRoam runs on your agency's own Travelport TripServices access: the client ID and client secret from Travelport's welcome email, a managed identity you create for GateRoam in MyTravelport, and your office's access group or PCC. GateRoam never resells Travelport content.

Does GateRoam issue tickets?

No, not in Travelport+ and not in Amadeus. Once an admin switches holding on, it can hold a booking: no ticket, and on its ticketing day the booking comes back on your office's queue, because Galileo does not cancel it by itself. You issue the ticket in Smartpoint as usual, or cancel the hold.

Can we use Amadeus and Travelport together?

Yes. Connect both and one search covers the two: one list, each option marked Amadeus or Travelport, the same flights shown once at the lower price. A price check, a hold or the booking entries go to the system that found the option. Most agencies run one system, and that works the same way.

Does the Galileo guide need Travelport keys?

No. The Galileo guide works as soon as you connect your AI assistant, with or without a Travelport connection. It answers "how do I … in Galileo" step by step, and every answer is also public at gateroam.com/galileo-guide.

Can the AI see our Travelport password?

No. The client secret and the managed identity's password are stored encrypted, used only by GateRoam's servers, and never returned to the browser or the AI.

One-way, return and multi-city, with flexible dates and nearby airports, in your Travelport+ (Galileo) office with your agency's own public and private fares.
Confirm prices
The current price of the options you shortlisted, with the bags and the change and refund rules in plain words. Totals are calculated in code, never by the model.
Fare families
The other fares of a flight side by side: baggage, changes and refunds.
Seats per booking class
How many seats are left in each booking class.
Read a booking
Give the record locator (PNR) and the AI reads the booking live: its flights and their status. GateRoam keeps nothing of it.
Hold a booking
A Hold button in the app holds the option the client picked in your office: a form with the travellers and a review that spells out what is booked. No ticket: on its ticketing day the booking comes back on your office's queue, because Galileo does not cancel it by itself. Cancel a hold, or add passports, remarks or a queue place. All behind an admin's switches, off by default, as on Amadeus.

What your agency needs

Your agency's own Travelport TripServices access. An admin enters it under Settings → Suppliers → Add supplier → Travelport.

Client ID and client secret
From Travelport's welcome email for your agency's TripServices access. Test (pre-production) and production are two different sets; GateRoam takes either.
A managed identity for GateRoam
A username and password you create for GateRoam in MyTravelport → Credential Access Manager, Travelport's own way to give a third-party app access.
Your Travelport+ office
The access group of your Travelport+ (Galileo) office, from the welcome letter — or its PCC.

How to connect

Create a free GateRoam account and your agency.
An admin opens Settings → Suppliers → Add supplier → Travelport and enters the client ID and client secret, the managed identity's username and password, and the access group or PCC, test or production. GateRoam tests them before it saves them.
Each colleague adds GateRoam to Claude or ChatGPT with the server URL https://gateroam.com/mcp and signs in with their own GateRoam account.
Ask for flights in plain words. The search runs in your Travelport+ office, and the options you pick become a client offer.

Amadeus and Travelport in one search

An agency with both systems connected gets one search across the two. Most agencies run one system, and that works the same way.
