When
You want to note something in the booking for your office — what the client asked, a price promised, a follow-up — that the airline does not need to see.

Traps
- An
RMremark is visible to anyone who can open the PNR in your office; put commercial or personal details inRC. - A remark is not a request: meals, wheelchairs, passport data go in SSRs (see OSI vs SSR — information vs a request the airline must answer).
RM*remarks feed the back-office interface record — do not use them for free notes.
