Is there a Hotelbeds MCP server?

We found no official one as of October 2026: Hotelbeds publishes its Booking and Content APIs on its developer portal, not an MCP server. GateRoam's Hotelbeds connector is in development, on each agency's own API key.

Can I connect Hotelbeds to Claude or ChatGPT?

Not yet through GateRoam: the Hotelbeds connector is in development. It will run on your agency's own Hotelbeds API key and secret, so the prices are your contract's. Flights already work today, on Amadeus or Travelport+.

What is Hotelbeds APItude?

APItude is the name Hotelbeds' API platform goes by: certification requests go to an apitude address, and the developer portal groups the Hotelbeds APIs into Hotels, Activities and Transfers. GateRoam's connector will use the Hotels Booking and Content APIs.

How do we get live Hotelbeds keys?

Hotelbeds' developer portal gives evaluation keys for the test environment (50 requests a day). Live access follows Hotelbeds' certification of the integration, which ends with one real booking that you send in and then cancel.

Does GateRoam sell Hotelbeds rooms?

No. GateRoam will use your own Hotelbeds access: the prices are your contract's, and GateRoam takes no margin and no booking fee. GateRoam itself is free during early access.

What Hotelbeds is

Hotelbeds, part of HBX Group, is a hotel bed bank that sells to travel businesses, not to travellers. Its developer portal is public and has three API suites: Hotels (the Booking API, the Content API and others), Activities and Transfers. A partner gets evaluation keys from the portal, builds against a test environment, and goes live after Hotelbeds' certification.

What your AI will do with Hotelbeds

Once the connector ships. Each one becomes an MCP tool, and your admins choose who gets which, as for flights today.

Search hotels
Ask in plain words — a city, an area or a hotel, the dates, rooms and guests — and the AI will search the supplier on your agency's own contract and bring back the best options with the room, the meal plan and the cancellation terms.
Check the rate before you quote
Before an option goes to the client, the AI will ask the supplier again for the price and terms of that exact room, as GateRoam does for flights.
Taxes and cancellation in plain words
Taxes paid at the hotel kept apart from the price, the cancellation deadline in your agency's time zone, and non-refundable rates said clearly. Totals will be calculated in code, never by the model.
Hotel and flights in one offer
The hotel will go into the same branded client offer as your Amadeus or Travelport+ flights: one web page, copy-paste text and a PDF, with your fee.
Your controls
The owner will choose who may search hotels, and the supplier keys will stay encrypted on GateRoam's servers, as for flights today.

Your agency's own Hotelbeds contract. GateRoam sells no rooms and takes no margin.

An API key and secret
From the Hotelbeds developer portal, one pair for each API suite. Every request is signed with the key, the secret and the time.
Live access after certification
Hotelbeds certifies the integration before it goes live: the workflow, availability, rate check and confirmation, vouchers and content, then one real booking that you send in and cancel.

What shapes the Hotelbeds connector

Evaluation keys allow 50 requests a day on the test environment, where bookings are not real; higher quotas come as the integration moves towards certification.
Some rates have to be checked again before booking: the rate check step, for rates Hotelbeds marks for it, after the availability search and never by repeating the search.
Hotel content comes from the Content API, stored on our side and refreshed at least once a week, not fetched during every search.
Rate comments are shown before a booking is confirmed, and prices only for the source market the search asked for.

Flights today, hotels next

GateRoam already searches and prices flights on your agency's own Amadeus or Travelport+ (Galileo) contract, from Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot, and turns them into a branded client offer. The hotel goes into the same offer once its connector ships.
