WebBeds hotels in Claude and ChatGPT

Not yet. GateRoam's WebBeds connector is in development: it will let Claude or ChatGPT search WebBeds hotels on your agency's own WebBeds API credentials and put them in the same client offer as your flights. We found no official WebBeds MCP server. GateRoam already searches flights on your own Amadeus or Travelport+ contract.

What WebBeds is

WebBeds is a B2B accommodation marketplace for travel businesses. Buyers book on its website or connect their own systems to the WebBeds Marketplace APIs. Unlike some bed banks, WebBeds does not publish its API documentation: its onboarding team hands it over with the credentials, once the agreement is in place.

What your AI will do with WebBeds

Once the connector ships. Each one becomes an MCP tool, and your admins choose who gets which, as for flights today.
  • Search hotels
Ask in plain words — a city, an area or a hotel, the dates, rooms and guests — and the AI will search the supplier on your agency's own contract and bring back the best options with the room, the meal plan and the cancellation terms.
  • Check the rate before you quote
Before an option goes to the client, the AI will ask the supplier again for the price and terms of that exact room, as GateRoam does for flights.
  • Taxes and cancellation in plain words
Taxes paid at the hotel kept apart from the price, the cancellation deadline in your agency's time zone, and non-refundable rates said clearly. Totals will be calculated in code, never by the model.
  • Hotel and flights in one offer
The hotel will go into the same branded client offer as your Amadeus or Travelport+ flights: one web page, copy-paste text and a PDF, with your fee.
  • Your controls
The owner will choose who may search hotels, and the supplier keys will stay encrypted on GateRoam's servers, as for flights today.

What your agency will need

Your agency's own WebBeds contract. GateRoam sells no rooms and takes no margin.
  • A commercial agreement first
WebBeds grants API access after a commercial agreement and its own technical approval of the integration.
  • Credentials from WebBeds' onboarding team
The onboarding team supplies the documentation, the credentials and help with the implementation.

What shapes the WebBeds connector

  • API access is granted only after a commercial agreement and WebBeds' technical approval, so each agency connects on its own WebBeds account.
  • The documentation comes from WebBeds' onboarding team, not from a public portal: the connector will follow the version your agency is given.
  • Hotels and rooms are mapped together with WebBeds during the implementation, so the right hotel is matched in the offer.

Flights today, hotels next

GateRoam already searches and prices flights on your agency's own Amadeus or Travelport+ (Galileo) contract, from Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot, and turns them into a branded client offer. The hotel goes into the same offer once its connector ships.
