When
You read the query report (TJQ) and want to know what a code in the type column means, or you filter the
report by one type.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | TJQ | Today's documents with their sale type. | The daily check. |
| 2 | TJQ/QTC-TKTT · TJQ/QTX-SALE | Only e-ticket sales · a whole group of types (here all sales). | Filter the report. |
| 3 | TJQ/V | Every voided document of the sales period. | Did the voids go through? |
Sale types
| Code | Means |
|---|---|
TKTT | e-ticket sale |
EMDA · EMDS | EMD sale: linked to a ticket (EMD-A) · standalone (EMD-S) |
CANX | sale cancelled on the day of issue (a void) |
CANR | sale cancelled after the day of issue, with reversal |
CANN | cancelled by the system (for example an e-ticket the airline rejected) |
TKTM · MCOM · XSBM | manual ticket · manual MCO or EMD · manual excess-baggage document |
TASF | travel agent service fee |
Refunds and adjustments
| Code | Means |
|---|---|
RFND | refund (manual or automated) |
RFNX | refund cancelled |
RFN0 | refund not reported |
ACMA · ADMA | agency credit memo · agency debit memo |
RCMS | commission recall statement |
Traps
- A void is only possible on the day of issue — from the next day you see a refund (
RFND) instead (Void an e-ticket issued today). - BSP statements use similar codes, but not always the same ones — match by document number, not by code.
