When
The client is priced on the cheapest family and you want to show what a bag, a seat or a flexible ticket would cost more ("upsell").
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | FXY | Lists upsell propositions for the itinerary in the PNR. | All better options, with prices. |
| 2 | FXY1 | Upsells after a pricing or best-buy result (line 1). | From the current fare. |
| 3 | FXY/FFH · FXY/KCY | Same family for the whole itinerary · specific cabins. | Narrow the list. |
| 4 | FXU4 | Rebooks to the upsell on line 4 and creates a TST. | The client chose it. |
| 5 | FXZ1 | Rebooks to the upsell without a TST. | Look at the booking first. |
| 6 | FXU/TS | Rebooks to the "teaser" upsell and creates a TST. | The one Amadeus highlights. |
Graphic: after itinerary pricing, upgrade offers appear next to the family in Available fares; select → Confirm and create TST (all passengers must upgrade to the same family).

RTA shows the new booking classes; TQT the new fare.
Traps
FXU/FXBrebook the segments — seats move to another class. Check availability and that married segments allow it.- Not every office gets upsells inside a search; in the terminal,
FXYafter selling the segments is the way to see upsells.
