When
You need to see an issued EMD: its number, services, amounts, coupon statuses, and which ticket it belongs to.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | EWD · EWD/L6 | EMD from the PNR (only one · FA/FHD line 6). | |
| 2 | EWD/EMD105-1812200005 | By EMD number, without a PNR. | From a BSP statement line. |
| 3 | EWD/2 · EWDRL · EWDRT | From a list · redisplay the list · redisplay the record. | |
| 4 | EWD/O* | The old EMD from a new (exchanged) one. | |
| 5 | EWH · EWH/EMD105-1812200005 | EMD history: status changes by office, sign and time. | Who changed what. |
| 6 | RT (from the EMD) | Opens the PNR. |
Graphic: E-Ticket and EMD section → click the EMD number (Void / Refund are there too).
How to read it
Header: EMD number, TYPE-A or TYPE-S, locator, issue date and place. Then RFIC and, per coupon, the
RFISC, airline, route, status (S-O open, S-F used, S-V void, S-R refunded, S-E
exchanged — same letters as e-tickets), value, "ICW" ticket coupon, and refundable / exchangeable
indicators. Then fare, taxes, total, form of payment.
