When
You need to see an issued ticket: its number, fare, taxes, form of payment and — above all — the status of each coupon before a void, refund, change or when the client is at the airport.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | TWD | E-ticket record, when the PNR has one ticket line. | Quickest. |
| 2 | TWD/L10 | E-ticket of the FA/FH line 10. | Several tickets. |
| 3 | TWD/TKT125-1234567890 | By ticket number, without a PNR. | From a BSP statement or the client. |
| 4 | TWD/3 · TWDRL | Line 3 of a list of records · redisplay the list. | Several matches. |
| 5 | TWD/TAX | The tax details panel. | Refundable taxes. |
| 6 | TWD/O* · TWDRT | The old ticket from a new (exchanged) one · redisplay the current one. | Exchange chains. |
| 7 | RT*E | Opens the PNR from the displayed ticket. | Back to the booking. |

How to read it
The header shows the ticket number, passenger, validating carrier and issue data; then one line per coupon (flight) with its status letter; then fare, taxes, total, form of payment and fare calculation. Coupon letters: see E-ticket coupon statuses — O, A, C, F, E, R, V and the rest.
Check it worked
The record shows the passenger and flights you expected.
Traps
- The PNR and the ticket are different records. A flight changed in the PNR is not changed on the ticket until it is revalidated or reissued.
- Coupon status
A(airport control) means the airline's airport system holds the coupon (near departure) — changes may need the airline.
