When
A coupon status is unexpected (refunded, exchanged, suspended) and you want to know when and by whom it changed — e.g. the client says they did not fly, or a ticket's status changed unexpectedly.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | TWD or TWD/TKT… | Displays the e-ticket record. | Needed first. |
| 2 | TWH | History of that record. | Every status change with date and origin. |
| 3 | TWD/O* | The old ticket of an exchange. | Follow a reissue chain. |
Check it worked
The history lists each event (issue, status changes) in order.
Traps
- History is on the ticket; changes to the booking are in the PNR history (PNR history (RH) — who changed what, and when).
- An airline can change coupon statuses itself (involuntary changes, airport control).
