When
A flight disappeared, a name changed, a ticket was issued by someone else, or a client disputes what was booked — you need to see every change in order.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | RH | Whole PNR history (without queue history). | Every change, with office, agent sign, time and RF. |
| 2 | RH/ALL | History including queue movements. | When a queue is involved. |
| 3 | RH A · RH N · RH F · RH K | History of air segments · names · fare elements · ticketing elements. | Only the part you need. |
| 4 | RH S3 | History of segment 3. | What happened to one flight. |
| 5 | RH Q | Queue history. | Who placed it where. |
| 6 | RL H | History of the airline record locator. | When the airline confirmed. |
| 7 | EHP/D · EHP/S4 · EHP/P1 | History Explorer: with date stamps · for segment 4 · for passenger 1. | Easier-to-read history views. |
How to read it
History is numbered in steps (000 = creation). Each element starts with a two-letter code,
e.g. ON original name, OS original segment, AS added segment, CS changed segment (full list:
HE PNRCOD). Each step ends with an RF- line: the received-from text, CR- office, duty code,
agent sign, date and Zulu time. Changes sent by an airline show the airline's teletype address in
the RF line (e.g. RF-HDQRMJM …); /TR or /IQ there means a rejected teletype was processed by
a reject agent or an expert system.
Check it worked
You find the step where the change appears and who (or which airline message) made it.
Traps
- History shows what Amadeus recorded; if the airline's system disagrees (a NoRec), see NoRec — the airline has no record of your booking.
- A long history is shown in parts;
