When
The client's trip includes things your agency booked elsewhere (a hotel, a transfer, a tour) and you want them shown in the Amadeus itinerary in the right date order.

Traps
1A … HK1records something already booked; an airline code withNN1(e.g.HU AF NN1…) requests the service from that airline — very different.- These segments are information: they do not book, price or pay anything in Amadeus. Your agency's own records of the hotel or transfer stay in its own system.
