When
You need all your office's bookings on one flight (a group departure, a cancelled flight), or all its PNRs that match a condition — for example unticketed PNRs with a time limit.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | LP/JU210/18AUG | Lists PNRs booked on JU210 on 18 Aug. | Who is on a flight (flight cancelled, delay). |
| 2 | LP4 · LP0 | Opens line 4 of the list · redisplays the list. | Work through the list. |
| 3 | LPO/ALL | Lists all PNRs owned by your office. | Office overview. |
| 4 | LPO/Y(TL24MAY) | Unticketed PNRs (no TKOK) with time limit 24 May. | Find deadlines before they expire. |
| 5 | LPO/T(FA) | Ticketed PNRs. | Check what was issued. |
| 6 | LPO/A(LH)D(1JAN,5JAN-10JAN) | By airline and travel dates. | Combine options. |
| 7 | LPS/PS · LPS/D3 | Status table of list requests · results of request 3. | Large office lists run in the background. |
| 8 | LPC/IE/JU210/18AUG · LPN/P/JU210/18AUG | Only PNRs that match the options · PNRs that do not (here: no seat). | Find who is missing something. |
| 9 | LG/JU210/18AUG · LG4 | PNRs with special meals on a flight · opens line 4. | Check meal requests before departure. |
Useful LPO options: A(airline), B(board point), D(travel date), F(flight),
K(creation date), S(agent sign), T(FA) ticketed, V(FA) without ticket data, W(HL) by
segment status, Y(TLdate) unticketed.
Check it worked
A numbered list of names and locators appears; pick a line to open it.
Traps
- Flights flown more than 3 days ago need the year in the date (
10AUG17). - Lists only show PNRs your office owns or may see.
