When
Your agency has a net fare agreement with an airline: the ticket shows a selling price, but your agency remits only the net amount through BSP.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | FQDLHRSIN/21NOV/ASQ/KM/IL | Looks for the published fare to use. | The ticket needs a fare basis. |
| 2 | FXP/L-Y2 | Prices with that fare basis. | Forces the fare. |
| 3 | TTK/NF-350.00 | Adds the net fare to the TST. | What your agency remits. |
| 4 | FVSQ · FTNR SQ1234 | Validating carrier (if built by hand) · tour code. | Contract identification. |
| 5 | FPNR+NONREF/GBP550.00 | Net remit form of payment — one per TST (market format). | Selling price incl. tax. |
| 6 | FE VALID SQ ONLY · FM0 | Endorsement if required · commission. | |
| 7 | RF + name, TTP/RT | Issues. |
Traps
- Net remit is contract-only: tour code, net amount and FP must match the airline's agreement, or the airline debits your agency.
- Form of payment formats are market-specific (
HE FP) — check your market's.
