How do I see what happened to one flight in Amadeus?

RHS4 shows the whole history of segment 4 in order: when it was sold, when the airline changed it (TK) and who accepted it (HK). RLH shows when the airline's locator came. A class or date change needs the full RH.

Traps

Segment history does not show changes that cancel and rebook the segment (class or date change) — look at the full RH for those.
