When
The office has Amadeus Ticket Changer and you want Amadeus to calculate the refundable amount and penalty from the fare rules instead of entering them by hand.
Steps

Traps
- ATC Full cannot be edited before processing; prefer ATC Basic until you trust it.
- ATC availability is market- and office-specific; if refused, refund with Partial refund — the refund record, used coupons, taxes and penalty.
