When
You changed the PNR after pricing (a segment, a name, an element) and the TST is flagged as no
longer matching; TTP warns or refuses.
Decide first
- Did the change affect the fare? (other flight, date, class, passenger type) → re-price
(
FXP); do not just clear the flag. - Only something neutral changed (a phone, a remark, a segment renumbering, the same flight in a new segment line) → update the TST or remove the flag.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | TQT | Shows the TST and its flag. | See which TST. |
| 2 | TTU/T1/S2,3 | Replaces TST 1's segments with PNR segments 2 and 3. | Relink the TST after a segment number changed. |
| 3 | TTF · TTF/T1 · TTF/ALL | Removes the PNR change flag (only TST · TST 1 · all). | The fare is still right. |
| 4 | TTP/F | Removes the flag and issues. | One step, when sure. |
Check it worked
TQT no longer shows the change flag; the segments listed match the PNR.
Traps
- Clearing the flag on a fare that changed issues a ticket at the wrong price — an airline debit memo follows. When in doubt, re-price.
- In manual exchanges
TTUis used to put the new itinerary into the TST (see Manual exchange — update method (keep the TST, update its itinerary)).
