When
You want a list of your office's e-tickets that were never used — for example to check whether a refund is due or to follow up with a client. The report is available in some markets and for some users only.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | UTR | Unused e-tickets of your office. | The whole list. |
| 2 | UTR/N-NOVAK · UTR/R-ABC123 | By passenger name · by record locator. | One client or booking. |
| 3 | UTR/D-15JUL26 · UTR/D-01JUL26-31JUL26 | By last travel date · by a range of dates. | Tickets from one period. |
| 4 | UTR/V-LH · UTR/T-2201234567890 | By airline · by ticket number. | Narrow it down. |
| 5 | UTR/U | Leaves out refused e-ticket items. | A cleaner list. |
| 6 | UTR/X-2201234567890 · UTR/I-2201234567890 | Takes a ticket off the report by hand · puts it back. | Handled ones out of the way. |
| 7 | UTR/H | Tickets taken off by hand. | Check what was removed. |
| 8 | TWD/TKT220-1234567890 | The e-ticket record of a ticket on the list. | See its coupon statuses. |
Check it worked
The report lists each ticket with the passenger and its last travel date.
Traps
- Unused is not the same as refundable — read the fare rules (
FWR,FQN) and see Void, refund, revalidation or reissue — which one this case needs before you promise money back. - Taking a ticket off the report changes nothing on the ticket itself.
