When
The client asks whether they need a visa, how long the passport must be valid, or about health requirements for a destination or transit.
Important first
Timatic is for airlines only (as of June 2025). If your office is refused the
TI… entries, use the source your senior agent designates for entry requirements, and always tell
the client that entry rules are their responsibility to confirm with the embassy or official
sources.

Traps
- Transit points can need visas too (
TWsubsection). - Minors travelling alone or with one parent often need extra documents (
MI). - Australian ETA cannot be applied for from the command page.
