When
An EMD issued today is wrong or no longer needed (the ticket was voided, the seat was a mistake).
Steps

What happens
Status V; the FA line becomes /DV; the sales report shows CANX; the EMD is disassociated from
the ticket. Cancelling an exchange or a refund of an EMD restores the old coupons to O/A.
Traps
- Only before the sales report closes (same day); after that, refund (Refunding an EMD).
- Voiding a ticket does not void its EMDs — void each.
