When
You come from another reservation system, or a card uses a Galileo word you have not met. This card maps each word to what it means.

Traps
- "Booking file" and "PNR" mean the same thing — Galileo screens and help pages use both.
- A filed fare is not a ticket. It is the stored price the ticket will be issued from, and it turns invalid when the flights change.
- The PCC that created a booking file owns it. Other offices see some parts differently — confidential notepad items, for example, show only to the owner.
