When
A second client travels the same way, the same passengers travel again on other dates, or you want a new booking built from an old one.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | RT + locator | Opens the PNR to copy. | The source. |
| 2 | RRN | Copies the whole PNR into a new one. | Same trip, new record. |
| 3 | RRN/DP7 · RRN/DM3 | Copy moved 7 days later · 3 days earlier. | Same trip, other dates. |
| 4 | RRN/CY | Copy in class Y. | Other class. |
| 5 | RRN/P2-5 | Copy only passengers 2-5. | Part of the group. |
| 6 | RRI · RRI/5 | Copies only the itinerary · for 5 passengers. | New clients, same flights — add their names. |
| 7 | RRP | Copies only the passenger data. | Same people, new flights. |
| 8 | complete and ER | Add what is missing (names, contact, TK, RF) and save. | The copy is a new, unsaved PNR. |

Check it worked
A new PNR is displayed; after ER it has its own record locator and the flights are sold HK.
Traps
- The copy sells the flights again — seats are taken the moment you end it.
- Nothing about tickets, fares or payment is copied: price and issue the new one on its own.
RRAalso links both PNRs with an AXR (associated cross reference) — use it only when you want them linked.
