When
A ticket exists but the PNR does not show it (issued from another PNR, after a split, after all segments were rebooked), and you need the link for display or revalidation.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | TWD/TKT057-1234567890 | Shows the ticket. | Confirm it is the right one. |
| 2 | FHE057-1234567890//TEXT/S2-3/P1 | Adds the e-ticket number to the PNR for passenger 1, segments 2-3. | Manual link. |
| 3 | FHE057-1234567890/C1-3//TEXT/S2-4/P1 | Same with coupon numbers. | Precise coupons. |
| 4 | FHD057-1234567890/E6-7 | Links an EMD to its SSR elements. | EMDs. |
| 5 | RTTN | Shows active ticket numbers. | Check it. |

Check it worked
RTTN lists the number as an FH line; TWD/L… opens it from the PNR.
Traps
- FHE records a link — it does not revalidate or change the ticket. When all segments changed, the ticket still needs revalidation or reissue (Revalidation — same fare, changed flight or date, no new ticket).
