When
You are your office's local security administrator: a new colleague needs a sign, someone leaves, or a right (duty code, remote office, ticketing) must change. Agents only change their own preferences (Sign in, sign out, work areas and agent preferences).

Traps
- Delete a sign the day a person leaves — a sign is a signature on PNRs, tickets and the sales report.
- Give the fewest rights that do the job; ticketing and remote office access are worth a second thought.
