When
You are signed in and want a second booking open next to the first, you also work for another office (a branch or a partner agency that gave your sign access), or a colleague left a terminal signed in under their sign.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | JXB | Signs you in to work area B as well. | A second PNR open without closing the first. |
| 2 | JMB | Moves to work area B. | Switch between the two bookings. |
| 3 | JB · JBT | Shows the sign-in screen again · your work environment. | See what you are signed in to. |
| 4 | JOB/C/D · JO* | Signs out of work areas B, C and D · of all of them. | Close what you no longer use. |
| 5 | JUM/0-LJUXX2100/ | Jumps to the remote office LJUXX2100. | Work in the other office with your own sign. |
| 6 | JUI/O-LJUXX2100 · JUO | Signs in to a remote office · signs out of it. | Start and end work there. |
| 7 | JUR 4567AB.LJUXX2100 | Signs agent 4567AB of office LJUXX2100 out remotely. | A terminal was left signed in. |

JD lists every work area with the sign and the office it is in.
Traps
- Check
JDbefore you create or issue anything after a jump: everything you do is done in the office you are signed in to at that moment. - Remote office access and remote sign-out are rights on your sign, given by the local security administrator (Local security — agent signs and rights (for the office administrator)). A refusal means the right is missing, not a typing error.
- Each work area holds its own unsaved PNR: end (
ER) or ignore (IG) it before you sign out of that area.
