When
A manual exchange for a PNR with adults, children and infants — each passenger type has its own TST, and every update must name its TST.
Steps — re-pricing method
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | TTE/ALL | Deletes all TSTs. | |
| 2 | FXB/K or FXP | Prices the new itinerary. | One TST per type. |
| 3 | TTK/EXCH/T1 (repeat per TST) | Exchange mode, one TST at a time. | Multiple TSTs cannot be selected here. |
| 4 | TTK/T1/TEUR250 · TTK/T1-2/TEUR250 | Collection per TST (same amount for several). | |
| 5 | TTK/T1/X1-O132.00YQ · TTK/T1/X37.00YQ | Old / new taxes per TST. | |
| 6 | 9/+/CASH/EUR50 (per passenger FP) | Old + new FP with the amount. | Repeat per passenger. |
| 7 | TWD/L14, FO*L14/P1 (per passenger) | FO for each passenger. | Passenger-related. |
| 8 | RF + name, TTP/T1/RT (per TST or passenger) | Issues. |
Update method variant
TTU/S4-5/T1-3 updates the TSTs' itinerary; TTK/EXCH/T1 per TST; TTK/T1/L1/V20JUN20JUN/L2/…
per line; TTK/T1/WEUR300 new base fare; then FP, FO, TTP/T1/F/RT.
Traps
- Forgetting the TST number applies the change to the wrong one.
- If only one passenger changes, split them first (Splitting passengers into a new PNR (SP)) — much simpler.
