How do I work queues in the graphic Amadeus screen?

Open Queue from the main page, click a queue and Start queue mode. For each booking file choose Save and continue (tick Update status codes to accept airline changes), Ignore and continue, or Ignore, remove PNR and continue.
Unofficial guide, written with AI
GateRoam's own guide, written in our own words with the help of AI tools. It is not official Amadeus documentation and has not been reviewed or approved by Amadeus. It can contain mistakes: try every entry in the Amadeus training office first, or check Amadeus's own help, before you use it on a live booking.

When

You prefer to work queues with the mouse.

Steps

  1. Main page navigation → Queue: the queue dashboard lists queues with number, name, category, priority and PNR count. Tab Your queues with activity shows only items tied to your sign.
  2. Click a queue name to open it; Refresh queue updates the counts.
  3. Start queue mode: the first booking file opens. For each one:
    • Save and continue (tick Update status codes to accept airline changes — like ETK);
    • Ignore and continue;
    • Ignore, remove PNR and continue.
  4. To delay a booking file: open it → Booking file information → Delay booking file → date, time, reason → Delay and open next PNR / Delay and exit queue.
  5. To place a booking file on a queue: Booking file information → Place on queue.

Queue counts, planners and administration are cryptic only (QT, QCT, …).

Traps

  • Clicking a booking file directly opens it outside queue mode — it stays in the queue until you remove it.
