When
A queue has items: take them one by one, act on each, and move on.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | QS8 · QS8C1 · QS8C1D1 | Starts queue 8 (default · category 1 · date range 1). | Queue mode shows the first PNR. |
| 2 | act on the PNR | Fix the schedule change, ticket, rebook… | The reason it is there. |
| 3 | ET | Ends the PNR and shows the next one (it leaves the queue). | Done with this one. |
| 4 | QN | Removes the item without changes and shows the next. | Nothing to do (message read). |
| 5 | QD · QD20DEC/1300 | Delays it to the bottom · to a date and time. | Waiting for the client. |
| 6 | IG | Ignores changes on this PNR. | Undo. |
| 7 | QI · QF | Leaves queue mode without removing · ends, removes and exits. | Stop working. |
| 8 | QU · RT | Redisplays the message · the PNR if the screen was cleared. | |
| 9 | QSB1 | Browses queue 1 without taking items. | Look first. |
Graphic: Queue → open a queue → Start queue mode → per PNR: "Update status codes" + Save and continue, Ignore and continue, or Ignore, remove PNR and continue; Delay booking file.
Check it worked
The queue count goes down (QC8); delayed items come back at the date you set.
Traps
ETin queue mode removes the PNR from the queue — only after you really dealt with it.- "Update status codes" (graphic) =
ETK: it turns KK/KL into HK and moves UN/UC/NO to history — check the new flights first.
