When
A ticket, MCO or EMD was issued by hand or outside Amadeus, its number is recorded in the PNR, and it must appear in your sales report — or a sale was cancelled by mistake in a market that allows reinstating it.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | RTF | Shows the FH line with the manual document number. | Registration reads it. |
| 2 | TRMD/TKTM · TRMD/TKTM/L8 | Registers a manual ticket sale (the only FH line · line 8). | The sale reaches the report. |
| 3 | TRMD/MCOM/L8 | Registers an MCO or a manual EMD from line 8. | Miscellaneous documents too. |
| 4 | TRMD/XSBM/L7 | Registers a manual EMD for excess baggage from line 7. | Its own type. |
| 5 | TRMD/RFND/L8 | Registers a full refund of that document. | A manual refund. |
| 6 | TRMD/TKTM/ZA | Registers and also sends an interface record to the back office. | Accounting gets it at once. |
| 7 | TRDR/4 · TRDR/L8 | Reinstates cancelled item 4 of the query report · the sale on PNR line 8. | Undo a cancellation by mistake. |

TJQ lists the document with its type (TKTM, MCOM, XSBM or RFND — Codes on the sales report — sale, refund and adjustment types).
Traps
- Registering issues nothing — it only reports a document that already exists. Register each one once.
- Reinstating (
TRDR) depends on the market and does not work for e-tickets or EMDs. - The number must be in the PNR first (
FHMfor a manual ticket — Linking an existing e-ticket to a PNR (FHE)).
