You must void several documents issued today (a group, tickets plus EMDs), or the PNR is not at hand and you know the ticket from today's report.
Check first
Same day as issue; coupons open. After midnight, refund instead (Void, refund, revalidation or reissue — which one this case needs).

Traps
- Voiding is not reversible for e-tickets and EMDs.
- The flights stay booked — cancel them in the PNR if the client is not travelling.
