When
A passenger needs assistance or travels with something special: reduced mobility, a child flying alone, a pet, an extra seat, a stretcher.
Check first
Every airline has its own rules, deadlines and fees for these — read GG AIR <code> and the
required SSR format (SRE /UMNR/6X). Many are chargeable (EMD) or need the airline's
approval.

Traps
- An OSI is not a request — assistance goes in an SSR, and it is confirmed only when the airline answers.
- Pets in cabin / hold and UM services have limits per flight and fees — request early and wait for confirmation before ticketing.
- Medical cases may need a medical form (MEDIF) from the airline.
