When
Use this card to get a list of booking files that match a rule — not yet ticketed, travelling on a date, with a waitlisted or airline-cancelled flight — on screen or onto a queue to work through.
Check first
- Every list needs one of
ALL,TKT(ticketed),UTK(unticketed) or a status codeSC-…. - The modifiers must come in a fixed order:
LD, then your branch PCC (if any), the type, airline, class, board point, off point, direct-flight flag, creation date, segment date, and the output last.

Other filters: /C01OCT (created on 1 October) or /C01OCT*10OCT, /S- + agent sign, /T direct flights only, /AC- + the account name stored in the DI.AC- remark, /ABS all branches. LD/ALL/AUX/01NOV*30NOV-D lists files with non-air segments.
Check it worked
The screen (or the queue count) shows the files that match. Open one from the list and check it really fits the rule before you act on all of them.
Traps
- A file with
T.T*counts as ticketed.UTKlists skip it even if no ticket exists (Ticketing arrangement field (T.TAU, T.TAW, T.T*)). - NDC bookings hide from
SC-HK. Their confirmed segments are listed underSC-ZK(NDC in Travelport+ — what it is and how NDC bookings look). - Segment dates reach from about yesterday to 362 days ahead; one range can cover at most 362 days.
/ABS(all branches) needs a second-level sign-on authorization.- Board and off points take airport codes, not city codes. Up to five airlines per list.
- A branch PCC always goes straight after
LD/, before anything else.
