When
Use this card when TKP answers NO LINKAGE, or when you sit at a new terminal. Before Galileo issues anything — e-tickets included — the terminal has to be linked to a ticket printer, and usually to an itinerary printer and a MIR device too. Printers are known by their address (GTID).
Check first
- The printer addresses of your office. Ask your supervisor or the help desk; do not guess, because a wrong link sends documents to someone else's printer.
Steps

Traps
- Linkage belongs to the terminal, not to your sign-on. Another PC or terminal means checking
HMLDagain. - Documents for a printer that is DOWN or broken wait in buffers — see Printer failure — fallback and recovery of documents in the buffers.
