When

Use this card at the end of the day, or when accounting asks what was issued. The TINS report (ticket and invoice numbering) lists the documents your office issued on a given day. Check it against your back office every day — before midnight, while a wrong ticket can still be voided.

Check first

  • Your office code (7XQ1 in these examples) and, for a branch, its code.
  • The day you need: past days go after a slash, in the form 09OCT.

Traps

  • HMPR*E and HMPR*E/ are different. Without the slash you get the daily activity report; with it, the enhanced TINS form.
  • MCOs exist on ARC (US) only. On BSP, miscellaneous charges are EMDs; the MCO filters do not concern you.
  • A wrong ticket found in today's report can still be voided today (Void (cancel) an e-ticket issued today); tomorrow it is a refund.
