When
Use this card when you need the whole story of a ticket — issued, exchanged, voided, refunded — for an ADM, a client complaint or an accounting question. Document history keeps that story even after the airline has purged the ticket from its own system.
Check first
- The booking file is on screen, or you have the ticket number or the invoice number.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | *DH | Lists the tickets and invoices of the booking file. | The starting point. |
| 2 | *DH/1 | Opens item 1 of that list in detail. | The story of one document. |
| 3 | *DH/0811234500012 | Goes straight to a ticket by its number. | When you have the number. |
| 4 | *DHI/000004711 | Finds the history by invoice number. | Accounting asks by invoice. |
| 5 | *TEH | Status history of the e-ticket record on screen. | Coupon changes as the airline records them. |
| 6 | *HTI | Current and earlier ticket numbers of the booking. | Every ticket that ever belonged to it. |
Check it worked
The detail shows the exchange, void or refund transactions done on that document, not only its issue.
Traps
- E-tickets only. EMDs do not appear in
*DH; use the EMD history (Display EMDs and their history). *DHalso covers NDC tickets.- In the booking history (
*H),ATmarks modifiers added at issue,AFQthe fare quote stored at ticketing, andXKa replaced ticket number.
