When
A colleague is away and their queue must go to someone else, the same booking must sit on several queues, a queue has to be printed, or all branch offices need the same message.

Check it worked
RTQ lists every queue the PNR is on; QT shows the moved items in their new queue.
Traps
- Messages go only on message queues and PNRs only on PNR queues — a mismatch is refused.
QBmoves items without anyone opening them — tell the person who receives them.
