When
A client sends a picture of an itinerary, an old booking or a quote from somewhere else, and you have to find and price the same trip: Munich → Mexico City → Monterrey on 10 Nov, back on 3 Dec via Mexico City to Frankfurt, one adult. The flights and their booking classes (T, R, N, K) are on the picture.
Check first
- Airlines give seats per whole trip. A connection is sold from the availability of the whole direction, every flight in one entry — never one long sell per flight. Sold flight by flight, the airline refuses the sell, or accepts it on seats never meant for that trip and later bills the agency (an ADM, often hundreds of euros per passenger).
- The classes on the picture are a hint, not a fact: they were open when the picture was made.

One entry, then Enter — the terminal takes one line at a time. A nonstop direction is the one case for the long sell (Long sell without a display).

classes you asked. FXX gives a price.
Traps
REQUEST REJECTEDafter a long sell of one flight of a connection: the airline refuses that flight on its own. Ask the whole trip withAN …/X…/A…and sell the line.INVALID/NOT ENTERED: several entries pasted at once, or a line the office cannot sell. One line, then Enter.- The class on the picture is closed on the list → the trip costs more now, or another routing is cheaper: say so instead of forcing the letter. Any other routing is an alternative, not the trip from the picture.
- Never sell a connection flight by flight to reach a class the whole-trip list does not show — that is what the airlines fine (Married segments — why you cannot change one leg alone).
- Only ever end with
IGwhen checking;ERwould book.
