How do I add services from the catalogue in Amadeus?

When

You prefer the graphic screen to add free or chargeable services (meals, bags, pets, equipment, packs) to a flight.

Steps

1. Booking file → Products → select the flight → Add services.
2. Choose a category (the number of chargeable services is shown; greyed = none).
3. Select passenger and segment, expand with +; see price per passenger and total, and quota.
4. Fill mandatory details (yellow fields), then Book and price.
5. To price later: SSRs and SVCs section → Price (runs FXG/L…).
6. To remove: Delete / Delete All.

Cryptic equivalents: FXK (catalogue), FWK (book and price), FXG (price).

A service pack is an airline-defined bundle booked from the Packs section; deleting it deletes all its services.

Check it worked

The service appears in the SSR / SVC section with its price.

Traps

• Quota (real-time availability of a service) is shown only when the airline provides it.
• Booked and priced is not paid — chargeable services still need the EMD (Issuing an EMD (TTM)).
