When
The client paid (or your agency decided to issue) and the checklist is done: turn the TST into e-tickets on your agency's IATA stock.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | TTP/TKT | Pre-issue validation, nothing issued. | Last safety check. |
| 2 | RF + name | Received from. | Audit trail. |
| 3 | TTP · TTP/RT | Issues tickets for all TSTs · and redisplays the PNR. | The issue. |
| 4 | TTP/P1-3,5 · TTP/T1-3 · TTP/PAX · TTP/INF | Selected passengers · TSTs · non-infants · infants. | Issue part of the booking. |
| 5 | TTP/ITR-EMLA | Issues and emails the e-ticket receipts to the APE address. | Client gets the receipt at once. |
| 6 | TTP/TTM | Issues tickets and EMDs together. | Bag / seat EMDs at the same time. |
| 7 | RTTN · TWD | Shows the ticket numbers · the e-ticket record. | Confirm the result. |

Check it worked
The PNR has an FA line per ticket (13-digit number); TWD shows the coupons open (O).
Traps
- The same day you can still void (Void an e-ticket issued today); from the next day it is a refund.
- A change to the PNR after pricing blocks
TTPuntil you re-price (Updating the TST itinerary and removing the PNR change flag).TTP/Fclears the flag — only when nothing that affects the fare changed. TTP/DUPEoverrides the duplicate check — never use it to "force" an issue you do not understand.
