When
Use this card to enter travellers' names correctly in Galileo: adults, children with their passenger type, infants on a lap or on their own seat, and later fixes.
Check first
- Spelling exactly as in the passport. The name field takes 2–55 characters, a name remark 2–33.
- Dates of birth for every child and infant, and whether each infant sits on a lap or on its own seat.

Check it worked
*N lists every passenger with a number; children show their P-C code and date of birth, infants show I/ and their date of birth.
Traps
- Name changes after the first save are limited by the airline. Expect
NAME CHANGES NOT ALLOWED; a change the airline did not permit can lead it to cancel the seats. Ask the airline first. - You cannot delete a traveller from a saved file — only a lap infant. To take an adult or child out, divide them into their own file and cancel that (Divide a booking file (take travellers out)).
- A one-letter surname is written together with the first name as the surname: Mr Ivan O becomes
N.OIVAN/MR. Several family members each get their own name item. - A passport with only one name: airlines differ; one common form is
N.LESTARI/FNU MRS(FNU = first name unavailable). Confirm with the airline. - Passport data, contacts and other SSRs for a lap infant go on the adult's name, not the infant's.
