When
Use this card to fill the received field: who asked for the booking or the change you are about to save. Galileo wants it in every transaction before you end.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | R.P | Received from the passenger. | The traveller asked for it. |
| 2 | R.NOVAK/AMRS | Received from Mrs A Novak. | Name the person when someone else books for the traveller (a secretary, a parent). |
| 3 | R.AGT | Received from the agent. | A change you make yourself, for example after a queue message. |
| 4 | R.@KOVAC/MMR · R.@ | Changes · deletes the received item typed in this transaction. | Fix a typo before you end. |
| 5 | *RV | Shows the received field. | Check before ending. |
Autoreceive: Smartpoint can fill the field for you (Application Settings → Autoreceive). Then you do not need to type R. before ending.

*RV shows the text before you end.
Traps
- Autoreceive belongs to the terminal, not to you. On another PC it may be off, and the end transact is refused until you type
R.. - Dividing a booking file needs
R.typed by hand afterDP, even with autoreceive on, and a received field again after filing the new file (Divide a booking file (take travellers out)). - Without autoreceive you must also add
R.before a repeat entry (Repeat (copy) a booking file) and before emailing an itinerary (Email the itinerary (EM, ERM, ERMALL)). - The field takes 1–61 characters and holds one item.
- Write who really asked — the field is the booking file's note of who requested a cancellation or a name change.
