Check first
- The numbers above are the standard set. Your office may also have named its own queues 26-99.
Steps
| # | Entry | What it does | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | QPB* | Displays the list of queues. | Check the list on your own system. |
| 2 | QCA | Counts all queues. | See which of these queues have work today. |
Check it worked
QPB* shows the list; QCA shows counts against the queue numbers above.
Traps
- Queues 18-23 are where airline replies and schedule changes land. Work them daily — see Work schedule changes from the queues (TK, HX, UN segments).
- Queue 9 does not fill by itself:
TAWfiles reach it when they are moved with anORBentry (Move booking files between queues and forward a queue).TAUfiles are meant for queue 10 on their date. - Keep a printed or shared list of what your office uses queues 26-99 for, so everyone files the same way.
